Return
Policy
All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. Contact End Mill Discount for
return authorization. For credit to be issued, items must unused, and in original
container. A return authorization must be issued by EndMillDiscount.com before any
product is returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.
Shipping
Information
In stock merchandise will be shipped within 1-3 business days after order placement. Time in
transit is additional. XL Tools and any tools not in stock may require up to 1 week processing.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Canada, and Mexico may require up to two weeks in
transit. International orders may take longer. Customs clearance
costs, if incurred, are the buyers responsibility and will
need to be paid in the country of destination. We are not
responsible for delays in delivery due to merchandise held
by customs officials.

are in U.S. Dollars (US$). Payment by Credit Card only. We
accept both domestic and international Mastercard, Visa and
American Express credit cards. All funds are payable in
U.S.Dollars only. Billing will appear as "End Mill
